How do group bookings work?
Book your two or more sessions via FRESHA and pay the usual 50% deposit. The 15% discount will be applied on the remaining balance once the treatments have been completed.

How do I prepare for a mobile massage treatment?
To help you get the most from your treatment, here’s how you can prepare:
Choose a quiet, comfortable room where you can fully relax.
Clear enough space for a massage table (around 2m x 1.5m is ideal).
Keep the room warm so your muscles stay relaxed during the treatment.
Have at least two towels available for your session.
Shower beforehand if possible so you feel fresh and comfortable.
Avoid heavy meals right before your session.
Have water nearby to stay hydrated after your treatment.

Here’s how a typical home visit treatment goes, step by step:

2: You relax while I set up
I’ll quietly prepare the space, set up the table, and create a calm environment.
3: We have a short consultation
We’ll discuss any areas of tension, injuries, and preferences to tailor the treatment to you.
4: You change in private
You’ll have complete privacy to undress to your comfort level and get settled on the table.
5: You enjoy your treatment
Your session is fully personalised — whether that’s deep tissue, sports recovery, or pure relaxation.
6: Aftercare & easy rebooking
I’ll provide simple aftercare advice and, if you’d like, we can schedule your next session before I leave.

Bookings & Payments
Booking Platform
All bookings are managed through our online booking platform, FRESHA.
FRESHA bookings
Select the treatment type, location, date and time, subject to availability.
Phone Bookings
Bookings can be made over the phone. 07886637365. Once the date and time have been agreed, a FRESHA booking link will be sent and must be completed to secure the appointment.
Advance Bookings:
Bookings can only be made up to one month in advance.
Deposit:
A 50% deposit via FRESHA is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the end of the treatment.
Consultation Form:
Must be completed via FRESHA prior to every treatment.
Payment Methods:
All payments are managed through FRESHA.
Cancellation / Rescheduling
Time Limit: 48 hours in advance for free changes.
Late Changes: Less than 48 hours' notice results in a 50% charge of the booking value.
Less than 24 hours' or no-show incurs a 100% charge.
Exceptions: If you can fill your spot with a friend or family member, they may waive fees.
