Since training with The London School of Massage I have worked with some of the leading Massage Therapy brands in London including MASAJ, STRETCH LAB, URBAN and THE TREATMENT ROOMS. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) which is the largest professional body for Massage Therapists ensuring high standards in both training and practice.
Scope of practice:
As a deep tissue massage therapist, my focus is on muscle recovery, wellness and injury prevention. My treatments are designed to relieve muscle tension and tightness, improve mobility and flexibility, enhance recovery from training and physical activity and support overall well-being and stress reduction.

Dynamic Assisted Stretch Therapy treatment that is designed to improve flexibility, mobility and improve muscle function. The session involves using controlled pressure and breathing techniques to gently guide your body into deeper stretches helping to release tension and increase range of motion.
